Conflict of Interest



Troo affirms that business interests should be strictly separated from private interests. Troo cannot be used for inappropriate personal gain or advantage of any employee or his/her family member.

Conflict of interest arises when personal interests adversely affect loyalty and objectivity to Troo. It is the duty of the employees to report and disclose any potential or actual conflicts of interest.
